How long will my order take?
Each order placed at Stitched with Love is a custom order. What that means is that each individual item in each and every order is cut, sewn, and prepared for that individual order. We are not a store selling prepared stock. Therefore, we need a time delay of up to 3 weeks to prepare an order.

Shipping
Again, as each order is made to measure, the shipping parameters will change with each order. We use the smallest boxes possible when shipping in order to save you money in shipping costs. In Canada, we use Canada Post or UPS. Canada Post is usually less expensive, and can vary in delivery time. Ontario, Quebec, and New Brunswick orders can be received in 2—3 days, or a little earlier when using the express service with Canada Post. The rest of Canada can take 4—6 days, or up to 2 days less when using the express service with Canada Post.

In the case of orders going to U.S.A. we use UPS. We have found that UPS tends to deliver to the U.S.A. with very little delays at Customs, which can be a problem with Canada Post.

We can also use UPS for Canadian Shipping at your request.

Shipping prices will vary with each order, as the cost is dependant on the size of the boxes used for shipping. The size of the boxes depends on the size of the order. Be assured that we do our best to minimize your shipping costs.
